Who we are
E-DIO Television Service LAB is a television repair business at 34, Sengunthapuram 7th Cross, Sengunthapuram Main Road, Karur 639002, Tamil Nadu, India. You can contact us at ediotelevision@gmail.com or +91 96773 34988.
What information we collect
We collect only what you give us: your name, mobile number, email address if you send one, and the details of the television you want repaired. If you use the enquiry form on this site, those details are sent to us through WhatsApp — the form does not store anything on this website.
Why we collect it
We use your details solely to reply to your enquiry, give you a repair estimate, carry out and invoice the repair, and contact you about your set. We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and records anonymised usage data such as page views, approximate location and device type. It does not tell us who you are. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.
How long we keep it
Repair records and invoices are kept as long as needed for warranty and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not become repairs are deleted once they are no longer useful.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to ediotelevision@gmail.com and we will act on your request.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
